During your consultation, a measument appointment will be set between you and one of our in office coordinators for someone to go out and measure your space. Once your measurement appointment is confirmed, our specialist will visit your home to take precise site measurements and assess any potential structural considerations! Please note we do not handle any plumbling, electrical, or mechanical fixtures.
Begin the real journey at our showroom, where we'll explore product selections, materials, layout possibilities, and project timelines-allowing us to align on a preliminary budget.
Following the creation of your custom layout, we will setup a time for us to meet back at our showroom to review the layout, finalize material selections, discuss the project timeline, and present your proposal. Once you are satisfied with what you have seen so far and have a full vision of what we are accomplishing together, we will proceed with signing the contract and collecting the intial deposit.
Our project coordinator will contact you to schedule your delivery and begin installation. Please allow up to 10-15 Business days for process to take place. Final balance MUST be paid PRIOR to countertops and handles being installed.
Our team will perform a thorough final walk through to ensure every detail of your project meets your highest standards and complete satisfaction. In addition Spectrum provides a 1-year warranty on all labor, offering you continued peace of mind well beyond completion.
